Chancery Sale
Wm. H. Smoot et al, vs. Isaac Smoot et al.
   IN obedience to a decree of the Chancery Court at McMinnville, Tenn., rendered in the above entitled cause I will sell at the court house door in the town of McMinnville on
Monday, March 7, 1881
the equity of redemption that the heirs of Wm. Smoot, dec’d, have in and to the following two-described tracts of land, to-wit: One tract lying in the 11th civil district of Warren county, Tenn., bounded on the north by the lands of T.J. Henegar, on the east by James Cope, on the west by Thos. J. Henegar and the south by Barren Fork river. The other tract lying in the 10th civil district of said county, bounded on the north by the lands of John Brewer, on the east by the home tract Wm. Smoot dec’d, on the west by the lands of Isaac Ray and Daniel Anderson. I will also at the same time sell a tract of land of one acre, more or less, lying in the 10th civil district bounded on the northby the lands of A.J. Hunt, on the east by Isaac Ramsey, on the west by L.V. Paty.
   Terms of sale:-- On a credit of 12 and 18 months; except $391.84, with interest from 26th of April, 1879, which will be required in cash on the first described tract, and the sum of $388.18, with interest from 26th of April, 1879, on the other tract. A plat of said lands will be exhibited on the day of sale.
