Warren County Tennessee was created in 1807 from land taken from White County Tennessee.
Between the years 1836 and 1842, the area of Warren County was significantly reduced with Warren
contributing land to the new counties of Cannon, Coffee, DeKalb, Grundy, and Van Buren.
